Self check-in
Self check-in allows maximum freedom of arrival: you can choose the most convenient arrival time, with pre-payment by card or in cash at the hotel (if arrival is during reception opening hours).
Minimum period of stay
During winter, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with change usually on Saturdays. In other periods, short stays are possible on request.
Prices
The listed prices include hot water, electricity, independent heating for domestic use, WI-FI, private outdoor parking and storage for ski equipment and bicycles.
Booking
The balance of your stay can be paid in cash on arrival or, alternatively, you can pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card. All communications about your stay (reservations, confirmations, cancellations, changes, etc.) must be sent exclusively by email. Other types of communication will not be considered valid. On our website you will always find the best rates and conditions available online.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00, check-out: by le 09:00 a.m. In case of arrival after 18:00, please inform us in advance about your estimated time of arrival.
Cleaning and maintenance
Final cleaning is included in the rate. A change of linen is possible on request. The owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation for any extraordinary maintenance work.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking as a guarantee. In case of cancellation, we will apply the conditions chosen during the booking, which you will find in your confirmation email. If applicable, the validity of any vouchers will be indicated at the time of issue.
Deposit
A pre-authorization of € 200,00 as deposit will be placed on your credit card before arrival. The amount will be returned in full if there is no reason to retain it (e.g. flat not clean, damage, waste not disposed of).
Client's responsibility
The client undertakes to respect the rules during the stay. We ask you to leave the flat in good condition and to deposit your rubbish in the waste bins located near the property.
