During winter the minimum stay is 7 nights, with change usually on Saturdays. At other times, short stays and flexible arrivals and departures are permitted, subject to prior request.

The listed prices include hot water, electricity, independent heating for domestic use, WI-FI, private outdoor parking and storage for ski equipment and bicycles.
Booking
All communications relating to the stay (bookings, confirmations, cancellations, changes, etc.) must be made exclusively by email. Other methods of communication will not be considered valid. On our website you will always find the best rates and conditions available online. The balance at check-in must be paid in cash.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00, check-out: by le 09:00 a.m. In case of arrival after 18:00, please inform us in advance about your estimated time of arrival.
Cleaning and maintenance
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate. If necessary, linen can be changed by prior arrangement. The owner reserves the right to enter the accommodation in the event that extraordinary maintenance work is required.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking as a guarantee. In case of cancellation, we will apply the conditions chosen during the booking, which you will find in your confirmation email. If applicable, the validity of any vouchers will be indicated at the time of issue.
Deposit
A pre-authorization of € 200,00 as deposit will be placed on your credit card before arrival. The amount will be returned in full if there is no reason to retain it (e.g. flat not clean, damage, waste not disposed of).
Client's responsibility
The client undertakes to respect the rules during the stay. We ask you to leave the flat in good condition and to deposit your rubbish in the waste bins located near the property.
