How can I book?
Booking with us is very simple! Just click on the “Book” button to access our booking system immediately. There you can discover the best rates available on the web and confirm your request in a few quick steps. You will access our site where the best prices on the web are always available! We remind you that bookings made directly through our website get priority and guarantee you access to exclusive services dedicated to our direct guests. If you prefer, you can also send us an e-mail, but we advise you to book directly online to ensure the best conditions and take advantage of all the benefits reserved for you.
What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive after 20:00, don't worry! Please let us know in advance and we will provide you with instructions for easy access. Online check-in, although not compulsory, is the easiest and safest option. Check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need more time, you can request a later check-out, subject to availability and a surcharge.
Where can I park?
Thanks to the hotel's strategic location, once you have parked your car, you can forget about it for the duration of your stay and enjoy your experience without worries. For loading and unloading your luggage, you can park in front of the hotel for a few minutes. Afterwards, you have several options for parking:
- Free parking only 100 metres away, at the Mottolino Station.
- Private car park with video surveillance at the hotel (limited availability)
- Covered public pay car park 300 metres away, with advantageous weekly rates
- Private covered pay car park at another one of our facilities, with a weekly rate, key delivery and the assurance that your car will be safe
Is there Wi-Fi?
Absolutely yes! Throughout the hotel you will find a free Wi-Fi network to stay connected at all times.
When can I have breakfast?
Breakfast awaits you from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. to start your day with energy. For different needs and requirements we are at your disposal.
How does cancellation work?
When you book, we ask for a small deposit as a guarantee. In case of cancellation, we will apply the conditions chosen during the booking, which you will find in your confirmation email. If you have received a voucher, we will indicate the expiry date when issuing it.
How can I pay?
We have different options for you: cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers. Choose the one that is most convenient for you!
Where can I eat nearby?
In addition to the hearty breakfast offered in the hotel, within 50 metres you will find 3 restaurants for all tastes, with different price ranges. We will do our best to suggest the best option for you: the centre, with its many other options, is just a short walk away.
How to get there from the airport?
If you are arriving from the airports of Bergamo-Orio al Serio (BGY), Milan-Malpensa (MXP) or Milan-Linate (LIN), don't worry about transport! We'll take care of it: you can choose a comfortable shared transfer with Silvestri, or book a private transfer for an even more relaxing trip. So you won't have to think about driving or road conditions. If, on the other hand, you arrive from Zurich Airport, you can reach Zernez comfortably by train: with Swissair, the train ticket is free! Alternatively, a bus connection is also available, a faster and equally comfortable option.
